Rado R12637203 wrist watches news:
My wife is telling me I need to sell some watches. I bought one a while ago without checking with her first, so it's the first to goNext time I'll check with her first. I am selling my near-perfect White Gold Ventura. I don't think I'll find one like this again, but it has to go. Take a look over in the Sales ForumIt's not going cheap, but it is really beautiful.
It's been a while since I made a change to my small watch collection. TRF introduced me to the world of AP, and so I think it's fitting that I post my new incoming here as well. My first AP is the Panda ROC and also my last addition, which was over 2 years ago. I had enjoyed the ROC tremendously but unfortunately I had to sell it to fund this new piece. I will really miss my Panda ROC, but the new AP is absolutely stunning and exceeds what I had imagined it to be. I had been dreaming of it since it was first released the month after my son was born, and I have now finally acquired it. Big thanks to the trusted seller on TRF for making this happen. If you have read this far....I am assuming you are wondering where the photos are The mandatory FedEx box picI love the new green boxes from AP!!My new 15202 Jumbo! Wrist shotI think my other watches will have to take a back seat for a while And a tribute to my ROC (that the Jumbo replaced):
Issued 1956 6B/159 3xxx/56 - interesting one this one as its an official RAF mod of an earlier 1943 watch - recased in a denisson case with new dial and lumed over hands. Usually worn by Lancaster Bomber navigators and the like 30T2 movement. So whereas it never left the Omega factory like this, it certainly must have some stories to tell:
I was able to locate a white 5711 and was wondering what if any negotiating room I would have on it. The AD has had it for a few months now. Stumbled on it when inquiring on a 5167...that was not in stock
There are currently two BB eta noirs for sale on a major auction site.
