- This watch is sturdy enough to wear for work as a nurse & in recreation kayaking & motorcycling. Easy to read face. The picture does not do justice to the mother of pearl face. This is my second Wenger Swiss Military watch.

Not sure if this has been posted yet...I stumbled upon it earlier this evening.Most of us on this site are hobbyists. WIS if you will..We fret over the flaws and quality of our watches. Is the new Pepsi the right colors? etcWe pontificate over what the market is up to and why we can ONLY buy Datejusts and not SS Daytonas when we visit the Rolex AD...I am very guilty of this.We are a very select group in the watch world, with highly focused opinions and interests. I am finally ready to pull the trigger and buy my first Rolex. A GMT 116710BLNR. Problem is, can't find one at any AD within 4 hrs of my home! I want to purchase a new one from an AD, but the shortage of new ones from Rolex has made it impossible to even get on a waiting list. Does anyone have any advice how to find one? I appreciate your help!
