Welcome back to an watches-dealer original series, where we discuss important stores that sell watches all over the world. Each store we profile has an interesting story to tell about where they operate and who they sell to. Whether you buy watches from brick and mortar retailers or prefer to buy watches online, these are the stores that help shape our watch culture around the globe. There is a long list of stores to cover, but if there is a retail location in your favorite city that we simply can¡¯t miss, let us know in the comments below.Where to buy watches in Birmingham, Michigan?"The report of my death was an exaggeration" (the proper quote of Mark Twain/Samuel Clemens) might equally apply to Motor City, USA, as Detroit is very much alive these days. Its biggest fans may well be those who stuck with their home town during the lean years and are now proudly enjoying its reemergence as a major American city and economic center. In that vein, we today feature Darakjian Jewelers, which

Hi all, was wondering if anyone in the New York or CT area has dealt with Manfredi in Greenwich, and can speak about the experience. I have spoken to them on the phone and dropped in the store a few times, but never have been seriously looking, just browsing. They have always been very nice and knowledgeable, much more so than most ADs, and never pushy. Whenever I buy it is basically down to them versus the boutique, unless someone has another AD in that area that deals APs who they have had a favorable experience with. Any thoughts on Manfredi, and buying from them, where there would most likely be some sort of discount, versus the boutique where no price accommodations can be made, but they do come with a 5 year warranty versus the standard 3 year.
Hi what is a goos price for a 2014 5167 aquanaut that has been recently serviced? I can get one with papers for around 20k Cad. What do you think? :)Thank you
Don¡¯t know about everyone else - but I am tired of walking in ADs all around the world (especially UK & Europe) to find they have literally zero models that I would be interested in. Normally racks on racks of diamond DJ & DD - then if you want a SS model, you have to get to the back of the line , make a commitment (financial or AD relationship) and hope that you like the watch when it turns up 12 months later... So here is the question - should the AD have ¡®display only¡¯ models available for us to try on in store , so we can get a good impression of the watch before placing an order?? I have some ¡®high end¡¯ sports cars which often have 1-2 year waiting lists on them - but at least I can go sit in them in the dealership (if not actually get to drive) before i placed the order! Interesting to hear people¡¯s thoughts ... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
