Rado R13354162 wrist watches news:
Hello everyone,Has there ever been a stainless steel Date Just with a smooth (non-fluited) bezel, and black dial? If so, what model and year(s)?My reason for asking: During my childhood years, an uncle wore a Tudor DJ with black dial and smooth bezel. I really liked the looks of his watch, and am thinking about buying my first Rolex (pre-owned), with a black dial, date, smooth bezel, in stainless steel. Any info/advice will be much appreciated. With best wishes,ChristianEdit: I found bullandvodka's "Decoding Rolex Model Numbers" post. The 16200 seems to be the model number I'm looking for. What year is the DJ in the image below? Thanks.
It's tooooooo cold for me..
I just got my Zenith C6 back from the Zenith Service Center. I can only pray the work they did on the inside was better than work they did on the outside. The watch case was pristine when I sent the watch to them. When the watch was returned to me, the case back was all scratched up, and I could also see a tool mark where they opened the case back on the side next to the crown. The case back is supposed to be removed at a location between the lugs. It looks like a complete amateur worked on the watch. They even nearly destroyed my warranty card. I'm going back to the AD and make a formal complaint about the service center's quality of work. I will NEVER send another watch to the New Jersey service center. I'm furious about the terrible quality of their work, and I'm going to post this on every watch forum I'm a member of. I doubt I will ever buy another Zenith watch again because of this. The gouge in the case next to the crown looks to be unrepairable without replacing the case. I'v
Thought some of you might find this interesting.I have no financial interest......except I bought one. -books-space#/The link occasionally does not connect. Try again. If it still doesn't work, go to indiegoge and search Apollo 11.
First of all, I would like to thank everyone that responded to me in regards to scratches on my 5712. As few days went by I'm definitely ok with it and understand that it's part of owning and wearing the timepiece. My next question, and that down the road, do you believe in polishing your watches. Some people say that they would not polish collectible timepieces but say ok to do on the current ones. Thanks again and I appreciate everyone's hep!
