- I was not only pleased with the price, but the wonderful item I received. It was impeccable. Looked better than the acutal picture on the site. It is swiss movement, very clean and very durable. I would highly recommend the to any guy.

Rado R13775252 wrist watches news:
As I discussed on the HourTime Show watch podcast, the term "Sea God" for a dive watch brand sits somewhere between clever and obnoxious. The new Italian brand is an enthusiastic yet unabashed jab are Rolex. From the sharp visual resemblance with Rolex's dive watches to the almost satirical text on the dial of "Superlative Design" - this fashion function line of diver still seems to satisfy. The name Sea-God evokes an almost deistic quality in the watch (well literally speaking it does). To proclaim a watch as god of the sea is a bold yet empty statement. Even the name of this brand is perhaps an unintended comment on how high-end hyperbole has run amok. The name is so silly we end up taking it seriously. As though it is a very well executed joke. While not the first to do so, the trident as the counterweight on the seconds hand is always a plus on these Sea-God watches with names like BlackStorm, BlackShadow, Black & White, and GMT III.First of all, "GMT III?" Really. Rolex has the
I don't know very much about this Benrus, besides it is a Citation from the 1940's. It has a 10k gold filled case, measures 28mm by 39mm. The movement is a Swiss B01 manual wind with 17 jewels. I haven't taken the caseback off, that picture is from the listing. The crystal is NOS and the only flaw I can see on the restoration is one of the cross hairs on the seconds dial is a bit long. Not knowing what I'm looking for, but I'd say it looks nice, at least to me The one thing that stands out to me is the size or lack thereof. But, once I had it on my wrist, it seemed fine.If you have any more info on this model, please let me know.
I'm new to collecting vintage Hamiltons. My first purchase was this simple cushion round. I didn't know if I should restore or leave it as is. Reading posts over the last several months, some seem to prefer original dials, others redials.I decided to have this one redialed (International dial). I think it came out well. Let me know what you think. Also, I noticed the serial number (2034790) was less than the lowest listed in Will Roseman's site for a model 986 movement. Does this mean the watch was made before 1921?
This is my first AP, so I don't know the usual discount offered from AP dealers......Any recent purchasers willing to share? Thank you.....
Hello everyone...After months and months of trying to make time... find time... then find and AD to try on all the different colour and variants of the 5146 I think I am finally ready to pull the trigger on one! But I can't decide on the gold! YG vs RG!!!My thoughts and concerns...I love the brilliance of the YG... it really stands out... But is it pass¨¦?I did finally try on the RG... it is very beautiful indeed! I love the warm tones of the RG... but will this RG stand the passing trends of the future? Please share your thoughts...Yellow Gold...Rose Gold...
