I go though this alot I'll buy a watch wear it for a while maybe a week or two maybe even a month and then after that just get sick of it lol. But then there are day's I look at a certain watch I hardly wear and I'll put it on my wrist I'll look at it and I'll try to wear it even though I don't want to. So I guess what I'm asking is do you ever force yourself to wear a certain watch?

GMTII quickset date changing at 10-11pm
On my 116710 (purchased new in Dec 2017), if I move the quickset hour hand back and forth a few times between 9 and 11, the date will advance at 10 or 11. If I move it slowly and deliberately one hour at a time, it doesn’t. Anyone else experienced this with a 3186? Should I send it in? No issues otherwise, it keeps near perfect time, and the date changes normally around midnight with the crown screwed down.

Rolex finally broke
Well I haven't been around for awhile but this brought me back. Was changing the date on my explorer 2, 28th to 1st. And when I got to 31 is was getting harder to move the dial then a slight snap and no more movement. It worked for about a min them stopped all together. Well had the watch since 06 and was meaning to send it in for service and guess I have no choice now. So I work downtown chicago and decided to bring it in person to the chicago service center instead of shipping to Dallas, think the service will be the same? Good news in all of this is that I don't want to be without a watch so I ended up picking up a Panerai 112, hard to go away from rolex but liked the leather. But this is addicting already looking for a sub so can finally have a sub with NATO strap.
