Seiko SRP351 wrist watches news:
The market for the "sensible smartwatch" has been heating up lately, as we have three extremely strong offerings coming up from three industry giants. For one, there is?Motorola's Moto360, which?will bring?a perfectly round shape and a large, albeit not perfectly circular display to the market in the coming weeks. Then there is the Samsung Gear S, a bold new announcement with a curved a display that we covered just a few hours?prior to today's other highly?important release: the LG G Watch R Smartwatch. Let's take a look now at the latter and see why it might mean?an important step towards the more wearable and more capable smartwatch. As?is made obvious?by?the officially released images, the LG G Watch R smartwatch was designed to blend several key design elements of a more classically styled sports watch with all the necessary goodies of a smartwatch. Its?nearly perfectly round shape, IP67 rated water resistance that guarantees the watch to remain functional up to a depth of one meter

Having lurked around the forums for a awhile, I am happy to say that I finally took the plunge and purchased my first real watch: the Omega Planet Ocean 8500 in 42mm. Like many others, I debated on which brand to go with Omega vs. Rolex. Beyond the technical comparisons, I went with Omega for one simple reason: 1. Rolex is just too obvious. Too cliche. I like the idea of owning an Omega because it implies that I actually know a little bit about watches beyond simply the price tag and name recognition. But any-who -- here are some pics!
Hi all,I'm so excited to share my new baby with you all today. I've been researching my first Rolex purchase since October when I got the go ahead from my wife to purchase a Rolex to celebrate my 40th birthday a bit later this year. I tried some on in October and was still unsure which model I preferred. Having a 7.5 wrist, I was unsure if models like the Explorer I 39mm, 40mm Submariner and GMT II, or something larger like the Explorer II 42mm would fit best. After much research, hours on the forums, more hours on Youtube reviews, I started to settle on the Submariner 114060 No Date model. It has the functionality (GlideLock, timing bezel and all brushed bracelet) and clean looks I was after. Then, as we all know, availability tanked. I wasn't able to find anything at local ADs through November to present. With Basel coming up and rumors of new models and price increases circulating, I decided that in order to get the watch I truly wanted, I was probably going to have to pounce as soo
