Seiko SNZB33J2 wrist watches news:
At SIHH Montblanc unveiled the limited edition TimeWalker TwinFly Chronograph GreyTech. The manufacture movement positions both the chronograph seconds and minute hands in the center of the dial to improve the 60-minute totalizer’s legibility. When the flyback function is activated, both hands race back to their starting position and instantly start measuring another interval, giving rise to the ¡°TwinFly¡± name. Find the launch date, pricing and wallpaper images inside. The dial offers an array of textures and levels along with seven time displays. Working from the outside in, the elapsed chronograph seconds are displayed along the outermost periphery. Just inside of the seconds, the highly-legible hour track in anthracite surrounds circular apertures that reveal the date disk beneath. The current date is displayed in a white-framed window at 9 o¡¯clock. White scales are printed for the 24-hour second time zone indicator at 12 o¡¯clock, and for the small seconds at 6 o¡¯clock. The first thing that came to mind when I first saw this image in an e-mail from Hublot was "wait, what?" I didn't get it. What was this? At first I thought the image of Bernie Ecclestone was some type of painting. I?am not familiar with his face, but I do know of his work as the guy who runs Formula 1 racing. The British Billionaire's face was distorted with a painful looking black eye and other facial bruises. The 80-year-old was recently violently mugged, and among other things, his Hublot King Power F1 watch was stolen.None of this information was placed in the above image send out by Hublot. In fact, it is entirely cryptic in its messaging. The point of it is simple I think. A beaten up elderly man along with the statement of "See what people will do for a Hublot." Furthering the concept that the watches are so in demand, you'd punch your grandpa for one.Since the release of this image a few days ago, the media has been all over it. Mostly admonishing Hublot for its audacity and la
I had some time to get more photos of my recently acquired IWC ref 3711 Doppelchronograph. This reference was only made from 1993-1995 and still has the original fish crown. The crystal is sapphire and domed, an unusual and expensive thing to manufacture at the time. I am still playing around with the doppel feature to figure out what to sequentially time :). Hope you enjoy this one. Happy new year,BillT Swiss Made T dial. Somewhat rare today. It is 42 mm and 16.2 mm high with an anti magnetic inner case (Faraday cage). The case back:The original fish crown,The movement is a calibre A/79230. It runs at 28800 bph and has a 44 hour power reserve.
The Gruen pictured below appears (to my novice eye) to be in excellent original condition. I have no reason to post the photos other than I haven't before, and I think I'll be wearing it for the first time today. These are the photos from the seller. One of these days I'll have to get around to taking some of my own watch photos.
.......... Accessory!Went browsing this afternoon with my wife. I was wearing my 5712g and tried a few watches on: 5140g, 5235g, 5146g and p etc..But something got me really exited! And it was not the watches.... The lovely lady offered it to me!I spent the afternoon scrutinising my watch and discovering things i had not seen before. Well worth getting for any Patek owner!
