After the SIHH release of the new rose gold 44, many people said they prefer the 'older' dial.I tend to agree as it looks cleaner to me and less busy. That being said, why has the market softened on the original RG 44's? IMO, it's probably one of the most interesting sport watches on the market.Economy is doing well, rose gold still in favor, size is still attractive..?
I owned a Panda dial CK2998 however sold in which to garner some funds late last year. I'm now in the market again and am completely torn whether to go for another or wait and see what panda dials appear in Basel. the CK pricing seems to have went up which i struggle with, its never really struck me as popular a model as some had hoped and with all due respect its a speedy (no flames please) that said only 1 or 2 on the forum.

So I was wondering how the ownership experience for people has been with them? What is the service cost? Service interval? I have heard the modern deployment clasp is a nice upgrade to the older version, have you made any other tweaks? Do you golf and swim with it? Have you scratched yours and had the scratches fixed or lived with the damage? My local AD doesn't carry Patek (would have to take a 2
