I recently put an orange NATO on my Orange Monster and instantly felt that this was the perfect combination for this watch. I previously wore it on a Watchadoo and loved that too, but the orange NATO is just "right" in my mind...(borrowed from a much better photographer than me)...What are the other perfect combinations in your mind?Dan
I picked this up at an auction not too long ago. I think I paid a little more than I should have. It's 10k Gold Filled. I was hoping it would be solid but oh well. It's in great shape overall. Doesn't seem to have been worn much.Unfortunately it's not running, seems the main spring is broken because it's not winding. How hard is it to fix one of these? The box it came in doesn't seem to be originalIt has 'Longines' across the top written in gold. It's in fairly good shape for it's age.
I have a 1971 Speedmaster which needs restoration and speedmaster bracelet. I would appreciate knowing the vaue of it before I sink money into the restoration.Does anyone know of a good restorer who could do it for a reasonable price?
Just a quick question for fellow PP owners. What kind of insurance(s) are you guys using for your PP watches? Owners' policy rider or Jeweller Mutual or else? Do you use bank safe box to have a peace of mind too? I am currently using policy rider and thinking of switching to jewelry specific policy as I am getting more PPs. Appreciated!
