- Can't beat this watch for the price. It is lovely, the pictures don't do it justice. You can wear it with casual or dressy outfits. Also, because it is a bracelet type watch it looks more like jewelry. It is very well made. I have received several compliments about it.

Seiko SNDC25 wrist watches news:
OK, i started a thread last week asking which Rolex i should get. From a list of half a dozen choices and after a visit to the AD i have now got it down to either a Sub or GMT IIc. Help me decide which one to choose
Today around lunch I found a watchmaker that knew Rolex and did also sell Rolex watches. But they are not an authorized Rolex dealer. They are called Urmaker Askeland for the Norwegian people that might know or heard about them. Anyway I talked with a nice women in the shop. I told her my watch was running 6 seconds too slow so if they could regulate it so it went about 6-8 seconds faster that would be nice. I also asked if they could do a pressure test on the watch. That was no problem either. I also asked if they could do this to it even dough I had changed the original caseback with a sapphire one. If not then I can change it back I told her. She said she did not think that would be a problem but she will give it to the watchmaker that was out at that moment. If it is a problem then the watchmaker will call me she said.Later that day the watchmaker called but I did not have time to answer so I called her back.I said hello this is Mephist (my name) calling. I did see you had tried t
Wondering if there is a good review and pix somewhere of the X-Wind Rosegold LE H77696533??Are the X-Winds and Navy Regatta auto's etc., all the same watch inside (Valjoux 7750) with different window dressings?
Last night my wife asked me how many watches I currently have. After sorting through 57 functioning & 12 in need of repair, plus a box full of "junk" or simply unappealing watches I didn't bother to count, I started to wonderhow many watches do most of you out there have? And what ratio of mechanical, automatic and electronic are you all collecting? For me, it is 38 autos, 7 mechanicals and 12 quartzplus 11 autos & 1 mechanical waiting for repair. Needless to say, I rounded down a bit when I answered my wife's question!...somehow she still seemed to think I may need help. Cliff
Did you know what the largest selling, jeweled movement, watch was in 1968?Hamilton?.....Hint ..This is not in the Hamilton Forum!Bulova you say? Close but no cigar........................Caravelle! A line Bulova introduced in 1962 that sold between $10.95 and $29.95!Oh...And one more thing.......Those jeweled movements were made by Citizen of Japan......Hmmmmmm And Citizen buys them 48 years later!
