Artya Perpetual Calendar Piece Unique Watches
I got a sneak preview of this watch a few months ago and am happy to now be able to show it to you. This is the Artya Perpetual Calendar watch - it combines an exclusive manufacture movement with a surprisingly clean and technical design from the "art watch" brand. The Perpetual Calendar will be available as 10 limited edition pieces. Each piece will have its own materials and colors so that it is totally unique.The first thing I noticed about the watch was the bezel. According to Artya's Yvan Apra, the bezel was influenced by the art and style of Stargate - which is essentially futuristic ancient Egyptian. Aside from looking really cool, the engraved design includes hieroglyphics that actually say something (though I am not sure what). The motto of the watch is actually very ancient Egyptian in theme and is "Vita brevis, ars longa." Deployant clasps?
Pardon the noobish question but my Sea Gull M187s is on its way and I wanted to get a replacement leather band. What I wanted to know was can deployant clasps be added to standard leather bands? Or are bands bought with the clasp pre installed? Or even still, are bands sold that are specifically made to add a clasp to at a later time? Your answers are much appreciated!

Hello;In the market for a PP. Looking at the 5711 and 5167. I can technically purchase both. Would you? Or would you buy one very nice PP? My spending limit is <50K. Any advice and/or recommendations are welcomed. I currently have a SubC as my daily and very happy with it. I'm new to the PP world and have been reading a lot about these pieces and very excited to make my first PP purchase soon!Cheers
