1977 Heuer Calculator Identification Help
Hi guys, I was hoping someone might be able to help me find some info on this watch. So far the information I��ve been able to dig up is that it��s a Heuer that purchased in mid-April of 1977. It also appears to have a manual winding 28,800 vph movement, although I have no idea what caliber it is. Most of these Heuer Calculator��s were apparently produced with an automatic movement; however I can confirm that this watch is not self winding. I believe I found a post claiming that they only made ~750 units worldwide with this mechanical movement which I suppose would make it pretty rare. The other thing I was able to find was an etched number (which I suppose is the model #) between the lugs at 6 o��clock position. As far as I can tell this number reads, ��740 633��. I suppose I��d like to find out if this watch is as rare as it appears to be and possibly what something in this shape would sell for? I��d appreciate any comments/information that anyone can provide. I��ve always found this forum to
