At Baselworld 2015, Bremont unveils two new watches designed in partnership with Jaguar. Calling upon the watch and car brands¡¯ shared British heritage, the new Bremont Jaguar MKI and Jaguar MKII have features reminiscent of the classic Jaguar E-Type from the 1960s.The MKI and MKII are extensions from a six-piece limited edition that Bremont made last summer. Jaguar produced six handmade ¡°continuation¡± E-Types, built to the specifications of the Lightweight E-Type of 1964. Bremont¡¯s special pieces were made as a complement to those cars. The new watches will not be produced in a limited edition and are intended to be more affordable: whereas the limited-edition Lightweight watch was made of white gold and aluminum, the MKI and MKII are cased in stainless steel.
