Seiko SKK703 wrist watches news:
Hey Everyone,Did anyone else receive a form from FedEx requesting they pay a duty and tax invoice charge $19.51 for me.I would have assumed this would have been incorporated in the cost of the watch and paid by the shipper the shipping was already fairly high. Thanks in advance for the input.
HI- Please find image of this vintage Hamilton below. The serial number on the 987A movement- O111975 appears to date it to around 1937-38. Can someone tell me which model this is? Thanks, Dave Holmes.
According to a poll on yahoo, the best wrist to wear your watch is:The arm opposite of which you write with. so if you are left handed, you wear it on your right, if you are right, wear it on your left. Or whatever hand you want to, who cares. Its usually worn on the opposite for comfort.
Hello all,I am new to this forum but also hopefully soon to AP!I am about to buy my first piece and was hesitating between the 15400 or a 15710.I have a little preference for a 15400 as of now, but was wondering which one is the most versatile? Also, what are the typical discount I can hope for these watches?rgds
After flipping a lot of watches the last year (mostly Rolex) - I settled for two Omegas - and I couldn't be happier! (Even as this means, I have no Rolex for the moment)Both has been restored close to mint, by my local watchmakerSeamaster: 1959 (all steel, alligator strap)Speedmaster Pro: 1978 (GasGasBones strap)...one for everyday wear, and one for dress(Graphic and photo by me - except sailboat, and moon surface of course)
