- The watch was a very nice quality, and the appearance was that of a much more expensive watch. My daughter has enjoyed wearing it every day.

Seiko SPC089 wrist watches news:
I finally purchased my first Rolex. A new 2013 stainless steel Submariner with date, model 116610LN. I can not wait to pick it up next week while I am on holidays in Jamaica. However I do have a couple of questions and was hoping someone would be able to provide some assistance. I came across an article indicating the AD I purchased the watch from had been robbed back in April and a number of Rolex watches were stolen and a number of these watches were recovered. Activist linked to Swiss Stores robbery arrested - News - Jamaica Star - April 18, 2013My question is if anyone knows whether the AD can resell the recovered watches as new or would they have to tell Rolex the watches were stolen? Obviously I do not want a previously stolen watch. Does the AD have an obligation to tell me if I am receiving a previously stolen but now recovered watch? What would the AD do with a recovered watch aside from selling it as new? Would Rolex allow them to do so?The AD is willing to provide the se
After looking into the watch/sun compass technique, I'm thinking about getting an affordable watch for hiking that has 1 - 24 on the dial instead of 1 - 12, and an hour hand that makes one full pass per day rather than two. Using such a watch, it is my understanding that if you point the hour hand at the sun, noon will point South and 0 (or 24) will point North. From what I can find, it's not as accurate as an actual compass, but will at least keep you going in one direction rather than in circles! The one I found is an Alpha. I don't have a problem with Alpha, I'd just like to know if there are other options. Thanks for any info.
Picked up this little beauty...
I thought the Rolex GMT IIC was the watch I was going to buy next, but after seeing the Omega PO Liquid Metal, no contest. I will try to buy a LNIB or BNIB or wait till the new POs come out in June.
Hello, Any opinions for the Cellini date?
