Seiko SNA113 wrist watches news:
Yes, it isn't a watch, but it is what a belt buckle is when made and designed by watch makers, and people in the watch making world. I haven't specifically written about Roland Iten before on aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer, but he is an inventor and a designer - and he is very talented. Roland Iten is based in Switzerland, and his items are totally made in Switzerland. Few people have his eye for aesthetic, taste, and engineering. He is sort of an ultra suave nerd - my kinda guy. In fact, in his words, the three principles that lead all of his designs are "performance, skill, and sophistication." The implication is that these elements are what make his inventions interesting, are why his clients are attracted to the luxury gadgets he creates. What I like is that his products are all useful. Perhaps useful in the luxury sense sometimes, but more than mere novelties. What made Roland's brand famous are his belt buckles. Easily the most complex and interesting belt buckles in the world, they ar
With all this talk lately about the OM I decided it was time to look at one. Wanted to see one on my wrist before buying, I have a small wrist. The problem is none of the AD's around me have any in stock, one has a SNM037 looks like the main difference is the coloring on the bezel and it looks a little larger, does anyone have one of these?
Hi all,I have asked this on another forum (Watchuseek) and thought I might ask here too, just to get some more opinions.I recently bought an Airman D24 Ltd Ed (300 made worldwide) from a pal. I like it very much, very cool and different, with the 24 hour dial.Just wondering about the "limited edition" aspect of it. Do you think this is something that would make this watch more valuable later on or hold its value longer? It seems that there are so many companies coming out with limited edition watches that it becomes meaningless. Thanks for any help.
Hi, When did Omega stop selling the Seamaster Pro 2254.50?Looking at a used Pro or a used 42 mm PO.Thanks,Paul
I know these are 2 different watches, but given the somewhat similar price points, roughly $34K on the AP vs. $38K on the PP, which would you go for?I guess I'm looking for a piece with rubber strap to get ready for warmer weather and casual wear on weekends.I have tried on the AP 26405 CE 44 Chrono recently and it was pretty sweet in the flesh. I am first on the list for the 5168G at my AD with no firm commitment to purchse yet since I need to see how the 42mm size fits.I'll be posting this on the AP forum as well to get a fair assessment.
