Mechanical Watch Question
I have a vintage mechanical (non-automatic) Seiko that's in really great shape and keeping very accurate time. However, when I wind it up it usually winds ok for 4-5 turns and then it stops clicking, almost as though it's not catching, then after another 3-5 turns it catches and winds again for 4-5 turns. I'm able to use the watch and it runs fine. I'm just wondering why it doesn't seem to be catching on every wind. Any advice?

How does it go with dress wear blue and back suits? How about casual? This could be the holy grail watch for me, I love the bezel and the neutral-ness of it. Stunner!! GMT2 Date Change Question
So... I tried searching and couldn¡¯t find an answer.. When setting the date on my BLNR it would change dates when I advance the hour hand pass 11pm instead of 12pm.. It only does it if my minute hand is past 30.. if the minute hand is before 30 it will change dates after I pass 12pm. Is this normal?
