- This is a beautiful watch and looks more like a peice of jewelry. It comes large, so be prepared to have a three-piece link removed.

TAG Heuer WAH1010.BT0717 wrist watches news:
I bought this watch back in the early 90s, on sale at a department store. It was on a black crocodile strap at the time. Over the years, I replaced the strap two or three times (I'm hard on a delicate strap like this but could not afford a metal bracelet at the time). I've always loved the watch, and I've missed being able to wear it. Omega watch.jpgThe last time I went to replace the strap, my jeweler where I had previously purchased said they could no longer order it. Since I always wanted a metal bracelet anyway, I priced them at Otto Frei Call 1-510-832-0355 For Watch Parts. A stainless steel bracelet is $343, and a stainless/gold is $1750. I did manage to find this model for sale with the ss/gold original bracelet (watch supposedly not working/needs battery). I don't care for the dial color (gold tone) on the for-sale watch, but it would certainly be a good deal for the bracelet. I've never had my watch serviced, so I could send it out, have them put on the new bracelet,
Good luck with the site. I am sure it will be a treasure trove of information as well as a friendly site for a chat and a place to show our "goodies"Good luck againJulianHere are couple of oldies but goodies!
Just wanted to take the time to wish everyone a happy holiday season...don't forget to be safe as well.
I haven't seen much owners sharing this watch. Is it unpopular?Just wondering how does it wear? The previous models wear really tall and i couldn't handle it.Any owners her can share experiences. The titanium grey dial is looking really cool.
Newbie...bear with me. From what I understand, there is typically a 5 min. leeway on either side of Midnight for the date wheel to change. It may also depend on the attachment of the hands when assembled. Is this correct?Typically, my DJ41 has always made the switch when the 2nd hand hits the 12 hr. marker (when I've been awake to notice...Lol). Last night it changed 20 sec. earlier; hence, the date changed 12:03:40. Not concerned, but am wondering why the change up all of a sudden. Enlighten my curiosity please. Thanks in advance!
