I'm generally a big fan of chrono and chrono-like watches. I'm a sucker for the added dials and buttons.Question: on such watches you generally have a choice to allow all or most of the chrono movements/complications to be on or off. For example, you can have it set to the chrono minutes and or hours options "on" all the time, or off, etc.Does the settings here have any effects on the longevity of the movement? Is it best to leave all complications on, off, or does this have no bearing on the issue of longevity?
Back to Omega SMP 2531.80 for me.
I have an old Omega that was prolly made in 1968-1969. It was a gift I got back then but don't know anything about it - was hoping someone here might.
