Swatch Group and ETA movements
Not sure if this news has been posted, but i heard last night on one of the watch shows on TV that ETA movements will be not be sold outside of the Swatch Group family of brands.What does this mean for the industry?Who uses ETA movements outside of the Swatch Group brands?Panerai? Breitling?

Does anyone own non-Royal Oaks?
Having been around here for a bit, I've noticed that no one ever posts incomings of anything but a Royal Oak or Offshore. No one ever discusses models other than the Royal Oak.Is AP really all just about the Royal Oak line? Why is there no love for any of the models in other lines? I think some of them are pretty stunning - I really like the Millenary line. But maybe for the same reasons it's not as popular - e.g. bad resale values in comparison to the Royal Oak, I'm hesitant to pick one up.I know that AP really jumped in popularity through the Royal Oak line - and to some degree Patek has become more popular with the Nautilus/Aquanaut lines, yet despite them occupying a disproportionate proportion of incoming threads, their non-Nautilus and Aquanaut lines still seem very strong relative to AP.

recommendations please
Please be gentle with me ... this is my first post and I don't know if I have posted it in the correct place or whether I should be posting something like this in the first place (even thought I have read the Ts and Cs). Anyway, I digress.....Can anyone suggest a recommendation for a second-hand Rolex please. I only had time ( I was rushed ) to take 1 picture, but this was taken with my $2 macro clip on lens on an old Samsung Galaxy SII phone.I thought it turned out pretty well. With more time and better light/tripod, I know plenty more pictures are coming.Let me know what you think.
