Casio Wave Ceptor Tough Solar
Hey everyone. I have a Casio watch that was given to me as a gift a few years ago maybe longer. I cant find the box or the manual but it says Wave Ceptor Tough Solar on the front. So I dont know much about it. I know it goes into a sleep mode and is blank if you leave on the counter overnite. When you pick it up the back light comes on and the LCD comes back up. Also sudden movement like to check the time the backlight will come on by itself. Here is a wrist shot.Doug

Hello i am not familiar with Hamilton watches
Hi I love collecting watches, i go to yard sales, Estate Sales, and sometimes on ocassions, i can't help it but, yes i dumpster dive, last week in my hunting travels, i came across a Hamilton watch. This particular watch caught my attention, it looked very old, had a plastic yellow face, could barely make out that it was indeed a Hamilton watch. My question is, i can't for the life of me find it anywhere. I did research on the internet, but no luck I would like to find out what year & the name of the watch. I did take off the cover, i did find some numbers, they are as follows (this is on the cover when i popped it off) HAMILTON WATCH CO. FAHYS 14 K GOLD FILLED 399683. This is the actual word for word on the movement ingraved as follows HAMILTON WATCH CO. 2269218 987 17 JEWELS. The outside design looks like a braid. Well i hope someone will be able to help me out.
