- I have 3 of Heidi's watches. Love each one of them. This one was not so WOW because the crystals are er. I checked the sparkle in good light and the bling was not there. Returned also because a stone was missing!

TW Steel TW-125 wrist watches news:
"Watch What-If" is a special column on aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer that asks the playful question "what if an iconic watch you know and love was offered in a different style?" The idea embraces a good timepiece's core design and has fun by offering new colors and material concepts to stimulate your senses. These ideas may be provocative, artistic, or just plain silly. This is about fun, Photoshop, and the celebration of wrist watch design and experimentation. The original design we work off will always be at the bottom of the article. The designs are brought to life by Beau Hudspeth who does the artwork and conception after he and I choose the models and styles to focus on. These special design experiments are extremely time consuming and labor intensive but we hope you enjoy the results. Ideas and comments are more than welcome. Enough response may even lead to a round two of design of the same watch - so please comment below. You are also encouraged to suggest watches that make it into
The pursuit continued of life in the house of troubled luxury brand has a method. Bulgari has recently announced news that should be considered uncommon at the least. In a strange move that I would have never predicted, the Bulgari brand actually eats two other brands that it already owns. The result will be a unified brand in image and manufacture, such that each watch coming from the super brand will have the name "Bvlgari" (Bulgari" as I care to say it) on each watch that is released. A hint in the form of an image depicts a potential result of this "new way" where Bvlgari is seen as the originator, presenting a Gerald Genta timepiece. Why has the event come to pass? It is more than merely a complex branding and marketing exercise. The fact is that each watch brand in the past was more or less independent. With its individual manufacturing, design, marketing, and sales arms. This redundant system works if each brand is truly independent, but being under common ownership, a more effic
Hello everyone, good to see such friendly faces (um Avatars and handles) .I guess I'm back! With all my friends too boot.
Rolex fans:Guido Mondani is releasing his latest volume this month - THE ROLEX SUBMARINER STORY. The big news about this volume is that (unlike his previous Submariner book) it is in BOTH Italian AND English. Click here's to see the press release PDF: Click Here to see the order page:I've been promised a review copy in a couple of weeks, and will be posting my full review of the book once I've read it. I won't lie - I'm pretty excited about this one. Seeing the Mondani treatment focused exclusively on the Submariner should be awesome!!
Just to make you guys jealous (!) I thought I'd post some pictures of what I consider a somewhat rare itema Hamiton business card holder. It is solid metal, heavy and quite handsome in person. I was given a few of these by a local dealer recently, to my extreme delight. I absolutely love them, and will hopefully have them long enough to pass on to my kids one day.
