This is a watch I like far more even than I thought I would. I know the Due range is getting a lot of hate from the Panerai hardcore, but I think that's really a shame. It brings something new (smaller, thinner, dressier) to Panerai in my opinion, without losing the essence of the brand. I don't plan to take this anywhere near water, so the limited water resistance (30m), is of no concern to me. I know it can be argued the crown guard is pointless, but it still protects the crown physically, as well as aiding the water/dust resistance somewhat (and it is of course iconic to the Luminor).The movement looks quite nice, and is proving pretty accurate (+4 so far, which is fine by me), and also winds beautifully, probably the best feeling manual wind watch I have (and I have some nice ones).
