AD this week told me he was going to have to bump up the sticker prices on all Omegas this weekend so I couldn't resist this GMT with the 1128 movement. Any ideas how long this movement will be part of the Omega line up? Seems that the trend is towards making the co-axial the primary movement of the future. Where do I find a decent quality tool kit to allow me to do strap & battery changes? I see some on Amazon but some of the reviews say the tools are junk quality.Thanks for the help!

Mineral Crystal: Why?
I made the mistake of buying a Seiko with mineral crystal once (gorgeous watch, cruddy crystal ). And only once: It scratched within a week of purchase :mad:. It swore me off mineral crystal no matter what; now I only buy watches with sapphire.After my lesson, I wonder if I can bring myself to buy a watch without sapphire crystal. Of course, if there's a nice deal on a reputable brand (Seiko, Citizen) for under $150 or so, I'd probably consider it. However, I don't think I'd ever pay more than $200 for a watch without sapphire crystal. By the way, all my subsequent watches have sapphire, and only one cost over $300. All Tissots, many Swiss Army, and a number of Seikos (for example) have sapphire crystal for under $300. My second point: Is sapphire much more expensive than mineral crystal (for the companies)?
