Tissot T32.2.185.14 wrist watches news:
Hey guys, I was wondering if I could ask some questions of you guys.1. what are some of the quirks you have experienced with a Eco-drive watch before? i.e. when it is at a low charge, the two second interval thing, or anything else.I ask as i noticed today when i got home that my watch had been in the dark all day long. it has been overcast all day, and i got home about an hour or so after dark *i didn't wear it today as i was in the mud all day...* well, i was taking a look at it after turning the light on, and the second hand did a double tap then went right on doing the one-second interval, no hiccups like that at all. Did my eyes just screw with me, or do i need to let the watch charge up fully?2. what does it take to charge one of these so that it isnt on the "one day" charge?3. am i just being incredibly picky, or am i missing something when it comes to how quartz function watches work, especially when it is needing to be recharged?thanks in advance guys. I will admit, i am total
Uses the 27 jewel ETA 2895, 40mm case. Comes in silver and blue dials. What do you think and if you had to choose, the silver or blue dial?
Recently I put a new Renata 321 battery in my Wife's Movado 87 A1 845. The watch will not start. This model does not use a hold-down contact strap, there are pressure contacts from the side holding the battery in place when flush.I put a multimeter on the Renata 321 and it is producing 1.58 volts (battery listed at 1.55v). Other recent watch batteries I have installed seem to produce more than 1.7 volts. Is there something I could be missing with the battery installed, or do I have a movement issue? Oddly, when I turned the watch over, the Movado gold dot at 12 noon had come loose, swimming inside the crystal. Never heard of this happening and I'm not sure which problem alarms me more.
My SMP professional that I purchased in 2000 is currently losing about 28 seconds a day, or 3.25 MINUTES a week. Way outside Chronometer standards. Should I have it sent in for service? It's never been opened (red seal still intact). If so, send it to Switzerland? If so, what is the process and anticipated cost(s)? Thanks in advance!
Anyone got pics? How do you think it looks?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
