- Got this and one of the straps broke the first day--very cheaply constructed. Too busy during the holiday season to send it back. Would not recommend.

Tissot T0484172720701 wrist watches news:
Ultra luxury watches are also rare and exclusive. Sometimes you need to be the right person to buy one, or there are some of them done. Almost all the time to buy these watches implies an expectation? unless you're lucky. The watch industry of luxury pats itself on the back to same the most important people in the world wait months or watches that cost more than houses of nice longer.
Well, okay that's an exaggeration. I posted in the General forum that I wanted opinions on which watch I should pursue - the Omega PO or a Rolex SD. I didn't post in here in case your views may have been very slightly biased..same in the Rolex forum of course :)Some very interesting views & opinions were expressed for both watches, which didn't really swing my opinion one way or the other.Today I was in the office lunch room when I spied the wrist ornament of one of the other engineers - a 45.5mm PO, 'classic' style with the black bezel and SS bracelet. When I scraped my jaw off the floor, I asked if I might have a look at it. He kindly obliged, and before you could say seyonara G-shock, it was on my wrist - and it looked GREAT!! To be fair I haven't worn a Seadweller, but have tried a sub which is not all that different to look at. There was no comparison, the PO had presence, style and just 'called' to me. I grudgingly handed it back but I think it has somehow left a permanent imp
Greetings Everyone....Just received my Hamilton Dexter watch yesterday! Purchased it from WTF member HandyDan.watch is better then he described! It is really a gem of a watch with a nice made in USA movement! My photo below does not do it justice![IMG][/IMG]BestBob
Tried on many and loved them all for different reasons. But in the end, this one called to me above all the others and in my eye, has that balanced versatility that I look for in all watches. Thanks to everyone on this forum for the enabling pics, and thoughtful reviews that pushed me towards my first AP!
It may have been asked before but it*s a fairly poignant one for me so I*ll ask anyway. What side do you wear your watch on? And is it the same side or opposite to your dominant hand?I went for years wearing a watch on my left and being right handed. However in 2010 I had a pretty nasty motorbike accident which resulted in a smashed left wrist (amongst a lot of other things) and now even though fully recovered, a watch on my left wrist feels horrible due to nerve damage, so I wear on my right. Everyone asks if I*m left handed, and surprises them when I say no...I heard traditionally you are supposed to wear a watch on whatever side you write with, so if you need to write the time/date you can easily check first, I don*t know how correct this is!Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
