- I recommend the watch. It's a very attractive piece to add to my collection. Very interesting with the skeleton and the blue hands. It lacks features because of the skeleton design, but makes up for it in uniqueness.

Tissot T0484172705706 wrist watches news:
Oris is pretty well known to me as a maker of workhorse watches with all sorts of sporty themes. Maybe it is racing, or diving, or aviation - Oris has a handsome watch for the job. Less people know their retro styled watches. One such example is the Oris Big Crown Pointer Date watch. It has a terrible name (no effort there!), but totally falls into the category of what I call "the dad watch." Yea, that looks like something everyone's "dad" used to wear. It has that sense of classic no-nonsense functionality that seems to remind you of steady good taste for uncontroversial times in the past. This is for people whose father were not sports or action heroes but regular guys who wanted something nice, but "reasonable."The Big Crown Pointer Date watches come in a few styles and even in a smaller version for the ladies ("mom watch" anyone?). Prices are actually quite reasonable. You can a well-made mechanical Swiss watch for well under $1000. Of course there are version just over $1000 and a

I bet you think it's a watch. As you can see my speedy is on a vinyl record of the actual recording of the first landing on the moon...I got this when I was 10 yrs old just after the landing.....boy am I getting old.....Just was wondering if anyone else has this kind of memorabilia.....
I just wanted to share my recent experience with AP Clearwater and their service. I've sent watches in to RSC Dallas and PASC Ft. Worth so I do have some experience with OEM service. I must say AP had the most professional and attentive customer service that I've ever experienced. They answered all of my numerous emails and calls, and were always courteous and professional. I've posted a bit about this before because I had a slightly unusual situation, but now that my watch is back home, I couldn't be happier!I bought my E-series ROC 25860 from a watch shop owner in Chicago. It was his personal watch dating back to about 1998 or so. It had a green octagonal box but no papers. I wasn't even sure the box belonged with the watch, but an email to AP confirmed that it actually did ecause this was before the wooden boxes! The major pre-purchase issue was that the chronograph didn't advance past 1 minute so it was sent to a non-AP watchmaker who repaired it before I bought it. ok guys/gals.. i typically hang in the rolex area but i decided to give the Breitling some love today. I had this Isofrane strap laying around and thought its a shame to not use such (IMO) an expensive rubber strap. it tones the weight down a ton and makes for a real comfy fit. i must say while im not a HUGE fan of the design of the Isofrane, it is about the best quality rubber strap i have owned. now when they offer this in 20mm i will be picking one up for my Marathon SAR. feel free to give me some feed back but mainly posted these so you all could see a different look and it might be something someone might like to do to their SA. i bet you havent seen this combo. i dont hate it.
