Tissot T013.420.47.201.00 wrist watches news:
This has to be one of the most cutesy luxury watches I have ever seen. And at a price that is going to be well over $60,000 it might need some growing up to do. Underneath the heart shaped bridge lies the world's smallest production tourbillon in a watch. The small tourbillon escapement is just 11.6mm wide. Very small, indeed. The rest of the new Franck Muller Tourbillon Lady 3080 T is equally petite. The 18k white gold tonneau shaped case is 42mm high, and 30mm wide. Surprisingly, it is only 10mm thick, which makes it very thin for a tourbillon watch. It is manually wound in-house movement with 80 hours of power reserve in two barrels. Pretty nice for a such a small watch. On the back of the case is another sapphire window for a view of the movement.I think about the placement of this watch in the market. You don't need to make "the world's smallest tourbillon" in a man's watch, as that sort of defeats the idea of today's men's watch which are large. Franck Muller still wanted to embod
Dear Folks ,I'd heard about Daytona with Zenith movement which have 36.000 bph , and Daytona with Rolex movement .Which movement is better and more reliable ?Thank you Andy
Hey, I;m pretty new here so just thought I would share a pic of my Seamaster with the guys that love Omegas :P
Hey guys ! ! !I recently bought this 9k solid gold Waltham Trench Watch, it was in pretty bad condition when it arrived but after some work it's looking pretty good once again. New "Bund Strap", new crystal, cleaned and serviced 15 jewel movement, polished case with some of the larger nicks & blemishes removed, new inner stem sleeve, dial & hands cleaned in the ultrasonic, timed on the new timegraph machine in several positions within about -16 seconds a day, amplitude improved from 201 up to 277. Details: 1921 15 jewel Waltham movement, grade 365, model 1907, size 3/0s, enamel European market dial with the "USA" stamp, original blue steel hands, original Dennison crown, 9k solid gold Dennison trench case from 1924 (Z code) Birmingham hallmark. stamped 4 times for gold content.
So I have money saved up for either a GMT II 2 tone or DSSD...just have to pick which one. But before the price increase I started looking at a 2nd watch. My Panerai AD told me something interesting. If I purchase a Panerai (looking at the 514) at full retail, they can finance interest free for 20 months. Or....they can provide 10% off with interest free financing for 10 months. Looking at the forums, a used 514 typically comes in around $6k USD. I don't know how long it will take our dollar to rebound. Right now, to buy a $6k watch in the US would cost around $7.4 CDN...ouch. Might as well buy new. Any thoughts?
