U Boat 1908 wrist watches news:
It¡¯s time once again to test your watchspotting skills. This quiz presents a dozen examples of watches produced by independent watchmakers and small, independent brands. Each watch is partially obscured behind a jacket sleeve and shirt cuff. Can you identify the watchmakers? As always, the answers appear at the end of the quiz. Good luck!
I admit to having a bit of a pen fetsh too. Here's a photo of my Sub with my M-B Meisterstuck ballpoint:True pen people only have fountain pens, but I really do write better with a ballpoint. I've tried rollerballs like this M-B Starwalker "Cool Blue" rollerball/fineliner I also own:I do like it, but I think my handwriting is more legible when I use a ballpoint (I have a dyslexic related impairment which makes my hand writing tough to read under the best of circumstances...). Maybe I just need more practice.Any other Montblanc pen fans?

Do you have a watch which you have a particular remorse in selling or trading in over the years?Mine is below..My 1016 beater..had it for almost ten years..traded up to another 1016..This watch survived sports car racing to skin diving in Florida.. stood by me in many craze days and nights, kept excellent time, and witnessed many a girlfriend. Well they¡¯ve certainly dropped the price of both the WG GMT and the WG Sub¡¯ in the UK.....Does anyone know of any other reductions????
