I had the opportunity to establish a nice relationship with a sales associate at an Omega Boutique. He really knew his Omega stuff and I could tell he was a true WIS through our conversation. Based solely on his professionalism and politeness, I decided to purchase a few buckles and a new strap and pay full MSRP instead of going through my normal online discounted sources. I even told him so and he was appreciative since, as a WIS, he knows that there are plenty of places to buy watch goods online. My items arrived April 1st and I stopped by April 2nd to pick them up.
