- Our teenage grandson was delighted with this watch - especially when we pointed out some of the special features. I failed to give it that final star only because of its rather bland appearance.

- Directions were to read and not easy to follow. Plan to use it Jazzercising. Like the heart rate monitor, pedometer combination. Button to push for using lighted display is hard to push.

Blancpain 2250-1130-71 wrist watches news:
I'm really angry with my AD  because I ordered the 1513.51.00 Omega Constellation Double Eagle Perpetual Calendar, I paid in advance, and was waiting for the watch to arrive, but today I received a phone call from them, and they told me, that they were told by Omega Switzerland, that they can't sell this watch, as it's discontinued I still see it advertised in the Omega website, usually when a model is discontinued, they place "Sold Out" below the watch model...Is there any restrictions on some watch models? not to be sold in some countries? I think Omega didn't do this...Or, is my AD lying? maybe they forgot to include my watch in the big order, and giving an excuse?Any experiences about this?
What is the going rate for the Seiko Spirit GMT SBQJ015 these days? Normally I'd check auction sites, but this model appears to be harder to come by. I've got one in excellent condition, short of a slight blemish just below the 31 minute mark (see photo). It's also got the box, case, manuals, band links, and certificate. Just got it back from SCA where they replaced the battery and back. The original back got scratched very badly during a botched battery replacement; don't try this at home (Seiko sent the original back with the repair as a reminder). Only considering selling it at this point depending on market value. I'm genuinely not trying to tease people on this since I know some are seeking this watch; just trying to get more info. Thanks!sbqj015.jpg
Just bought a new AP SS Chrono w/ a white dial -- loving the new timepiece but it is taking some getting used to as I have been looking at Panerai and Rolex dials for so long. This is a bit busy... and the bracelet also has a lot more going on. Never the less I am thrilled... bling or no bling??? What is the answer?
I have owned this '60s Constellation for several years, but up until I took my Sea Dweller in for service, it didn't get much (any?) wrist time. Too bad... after wearing it for a few weeks I really, really like it (although it is pretty 'dainty' as compared to the SD).What I know about the watch isn't much... this is pretty much it:Stainless case does not appear to have ever been polished, the angles and 'edges' are nice and crisp. The Omega script, the omega symbol, and the little star are all applied on the dial. The crystal is new... I had Kevin at TimeTech (in Dallas) completely service the watch when I got it)... it has a little omega symbol in the center of the crystal. There's a lot that I don't know, including... How can I tell if the dial has been refinished?Does it have the correct crown? What movement would be in this watch?I would be most grateful for any 'answers, that anyone could provide! All the best,RobPS: This thing keeps excellent time!!
All,May I ask what the current UK retail price is for the 1.5 bracelet link for each of the 5711/1A and 5711/1R, please?Than you in advance.
