AP Ambassadors - in some cases... why???
Guys who own watches related to these ambassadors, please don't take this personally, the watches related to the ambassadors I am about to mention are some of AP's nicest, BUT I find some of AP's ambassador choices a bit... unusual.Rubens Barrichello - lovely bloke, long career, not much success, good back up driver to Schumacher.Jarno Trulli - again, nice long career in which he won f... all. Are 116520 and 116500LN cases really exactly the same?
I have tried searching around for this info, through google and this forum. It appears that the general consensus is that 116520 and 116500LN cases are identical. However, recently I've had the chance to compare both closely and I think there are slight differences. Most noticeable are the backs of the crown guards.These two are described by dealer as unpolished.I am pretty new to Daytona's. Are these cases really different from factory?First image is 116500LN, second is 116520.

SS Sky-Dweller Date Change
So I was lucky enough to purchase the SS Sky-D a few weeks back - not in my first choice of blue but gorgeous all the same (white).Now I��m not really a night owl but did find myself awake one night just before midnight and so decided to watch the date change ��within a few milliseconds of midnight�� as per the Rolex website.Well I waited with baited breathe but as midnight passed I thought the watch must be set 12 hours out, and then some 40 seconds later, sure enough the date changed.
