Ulysse Nardin 243-55/92 wrist watches news:
Christmas came early for me this year!I have to say that I¡¯m pretty exited about this one. It arrived just in time for Christmas. This beautiful piece was presented in 2006 and I¡¯ve been on the hunt since. After nearly 11 years the Royal Oak Offshore Rubens Barrichello II is still one of the most coveted timepieces for us collectors. This timepiece honors the Brazilian Formula One driver Ruben Barrichello. This edition was made in 3 different metals: 1000 in Titanium (mine), 500 in Rose Gold and 150 in Platinum. The feel of this timepiece is just amazing compared to other Offshores. You can feel the formula one inspiration on this piece: From the engine hex screws to the wheel shaped case back, The pushers are shaped like exhausts, cogwheel shaped crown, pedal shaped plots and the ceramic bee is shaped like a ventilated brake disc. This timepiece feels like you have a Porshe 911 GT2 RS on your wrist. The black leather strap on this piece features perforations reminiscent of soft and co
Am I allowed to publish the AP price list on the forum? I have the SIngapore price list from my trip and also they have the pocket friendly catalogue as well as the traditional A4 size version.
Since there are differences between them, notably the ears, rounded on the outside for the 5712, straight or turned slightly inside for the 3712, and also a very small 7 hour marker on the 3712 and none on the 5712, plus a different case design, I wanted to know what was your preference, if not to take into account the exclusivity of the 3712, I think that just upon looks I prefer a little the 5712, the rounded ears give it IMO a better harmony, on pics it's quite noticeable, this is the 3712:2700326f.jpg3054780c.jpgAnd here is the 5712:2929429.jpg2987856b.jpg2987856c.jpg
Hi everyone,Just recently picked up my GMT Master 2 and i'm enjoying it so far. There are a couple of things that concern me and would like to hear your opinions/input (mostly from fellow Canucks) with regards to RSC Procedures. Here's a picture of the watch:One thing about this watch is the quality of Oystersteel in comparison to 316L Stainless Steel. It will trick you to thinking on whether or not the watch is still on your wrist.Anyways, I ended up picking up my own screwdriver for resizing my bracelet as I have heard that some people who resize bracelets (even RSC) can damage screws/links with incorrect care.Does anyone know any recommended RSC here in Toronto/Canada?Thanks!
All,Been reasonably happy with the current collection - the YM from 2017 being my favorite - love the bit of bling!Thinking about a possible trade. My trusty datejust has has slept in it's box for 2 years after a service and I simply don't wear it anymore. The Explorer 2 has also seen little wrist time over the last year or so.Been thinking about trading the Exp & DJ for either a DJ41, smooth bezel, blue dial, oyster bracelet or a Milgauss z Blue. The power reserve and date appeal on the DJ but can't make up for that lovely blue dial & lightning bolt! What do you guys think - trade or not - if so, DJ or MG? CheersChrissieboy
