Hi I am bidding on this watch. Can anyone please help me by saying what the exact specification is and what the value of such a watch might be$T2eC16dHJIYE9qUcO3(DBRQNQMyNz!~~60_35.jpgI love the look of the watch but any more info would gladly be appreciatedWhat i know is this:Vintage (1959) Gents Solid 9ct Gold Large Omega Watch Thanks
This is my 3rd post. The first two being at the old WTF. After much consideration (for about 2 months and countless times of browsing through this forum) and with the strong encouragement from my wife, I finally took the plunge and rewarded myself with a 2254 last Saturday . Knowing that everyone here would like to see a pic or two of any Omega, here are two pics that I took of my new SMP using the camera on my mobile phone.BTW, need some advise on fitting of bracelet. How would you guys normally wear your bracelet? Will you let you watch slip down to your joint by having slightly loose fitting? Will this cause the bracelet to stretch? Thanks.Cheers!!kwlok
Just celebrated our 18th anniversary of companionship¡ with a nice ambient, great food, and our favorite watches Pardon the date setting though Thanks for sharing our joy!
Hi GuysYou know you don't normally get calls from your Rolex dealer and when they do call you, it is usually to tell you that your watch has arrived. Well, I got a missed call from my favorite dealer yesterday. Since there is only one watch that I am waiting/on the list for, I thought OMG, my White dial Daytona C is here!!!. I called back on the owner's cellphone. He answered and said I got good news for you, young man!, You are first on the list for the new SS GMT II if you want it!. Honestly.. I was a... little disappointed, but it was ok. After all, it has only been about 8 months since I got on the waiting list. So I put a small deposit down and now I am first to get the Rolex SS Pepsi I just hope the Daytona doesn't show up too soon
I have been looking for a SS Daytona but the only offers I have, is to go on a long waiting list. An AD who have dealt with in the past has offered me a choice of two TT Daytona. One with the black face with gold secondary dials and the other with a gold dial with black secondary dials. I am far from knowledgeable on watches. My question is, would a TT on the resale market be worth at least the same as the SS?
