Ulysse Nardin 278-70/632 wrist watches news:
This came with a lot of Hammies (See my posting in the Hamilton Forum). At first I thought it was just a pink desk clock, then I noticed that the listing had said 'quartz watch'. It wasn't a quartz movement, it was made of pink quartz!I'm not sure who made it. The only thing on it is '8 days' and a serial number on the back. It doesn't work, but I personally think the pink quartz is cool. Has anyone ever heard of '8 days'?I think it looks 80'sI know it's not a wristwatch, but it's a manual-wind desk clock, maybe someone knows a bit more about it than I do.
Hey All:Which watch out of your collection has the brightest initial lume (right after charging)Also, which watch out of your collection holds the most lume and is still something you can read throughout your sleep.I have heard great things about the Seiko lume but haven't seen a modern Seiko in the dark. Please post pics if you have them.
I partly blame Thomas... okay, not really but AP ROO is growing on me. Quickly. Not the chronos as much as the new Scuba diver model. The AP house speaks for itself - it is one of the big 4. The style is very distinct, masculine but yet elegant. It doesn't scream luxury watch to people outside the inner circle so it is definitely something you can wear every day. This thing is growing on me. Rapidly. What is even worse, this limited edition - in orange of all colors - is growing on me as well!!!Hm, I can't really motivate one of these without giving up one my vintage Rolex, e.g. the 1665 Sea-Dweller or Zenith Daytona. I smell trouble...
Guys,Its been a week since I acquired my first Panerai...the truly pure Panerai 372....And I just couldnt stop admiring its beauty...its simple yet pure and elegant style....a pure DNA of Panerai....Before, my wife couldnt understand, why a watch so simple, manually wound, costs so expensive....But now she begins to understand the true beauty of this Real Panerai....For a while, my ROO Chrono Safari AP and Rolexes need to give more wrist time to this new baby....Here are some pictures of my 372 Guys....enjoy....Regards,Sent from my SM-N920K using Tapatalk
IĄŻm the first on the list at my AD for the new Deepsea D-Blue 126660. After visiting this past week, I am now told it wonĄŻt be coming until at least summer and that his Rolex rep has told him the Fall. My AD thinks itĄŻll be here sometime in the summer. However, IĄŻve been thinking of a SS YM2 pretty much all the time. I want the D-Blue too though and even tried a Deepsea on the other week and loved it on my wrist. Any thoughts on what I should do? Unfortunately at this time, I canĄŻt buy both as IĄŻm planning on building a deck for my new home or I would already have bought the YM2 while waiting on my D-Blue
