Ulysse Nardin 266-37LE-8M wrist watches news:
I won't bust on you for getting a third Doxa, David. Love 'em.That third picture really shows off the sunburst finish on the Searambler dial.Congrats, man. I know you've been lusting after one for a while.I really wish my finances were such that I could grab the 1000T Pro my wife wants. Maybe she'd let me wear it every once in a while. You know, if I took care of business, wink, wink. The bathroom needs to be painted.
After a doctor's appointment last Friday morning. Found myself on the LV strip headed toward Cesar's Forum shops. The home, among others, of Panerai. Since I purchased my Radiomir Black Seal a little more than a week ago, I wanted a different strap and buckle. The manual states that the wear on the strap is normally caused by the tang buckle. I was shown a a variety of straps, calf skin or alligator, and colors. I finally chose a light tan alligator strap. Next the buckle. A double folding clasp. The saleswoman was patient and answered all my questions. The folding clasp is recommended by Panerai in their manual. So now I have two straps; black calfskin and a tang buckle, along with my alligator strap and double locking buckle. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Before Saturday's shopping rush of visitors and Touristas. The new alligator tan strap and buckle in place.
After meeting the guys from BULOVA USA at a trade show I pulled the trigger todayon this BULOVA. Should be here hopefully by FRI. I am pretty excited ;-)

I'm a newbie to this forum as I recently purchased my first Rolex, a 114060. Prior to the purchase, I spent nearly a year studying the history of the brand as I felt like it was a prerequisite for ownership. Anyway, in my research I was always drawn to the magazine advertisements of today as well at those from a half century ago. The ads are just flat out motivating. I couldn't find a thread where these were shared so here goes. What's your favorites?
