I almost got cheated today.
I took a little trip in the country side today and stopped at a very shaggy looking pawn shop in the middle of nowhere, (you should have been here Scott).The guy behind the counter tried to sell me this claiming it was real...:)He said he pawned it for an older guy many years ago and wanted to rob me out of $10.000.........:)I tried to explain that Rolex don't do them in red, only black and white but he wouldn't listen.Geeezz, I can buy a good looking Day Date for that.....:)Luckily my mama didn't raise no fool so I left.Funny feeling though, it had an almost "real" look to it...:)

Need suggestions! Looking for a blue dial sporty watch.
Hello all,I am scouring the earth looking for a great blue dial (preferably blue rubber strap) sport watch. I used to own an IWC Cousteau and look to find a similar watch. I had my eye on the AP offshore but found the bezel and case to be too large to wear. I recently looked at the city of sails edition but while the case fit perfectly it doesn't come with these colors. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you -T

Good AD's in the Atlanta area?
I have been wanting a speedy pro for a while now and have even posted a WTB on here in the for sale section and haven't had any luck! I guess its about time I go to a good AD and see what I can do. Does anyone know a reputable AD in the southeast that would give me a good deal on a new 3570.50? I know that there are several in Atlanta Ga. but I have never really been interested in a new purchase. Travel advice - Colorado snowboard!
Hey TRF,I am looking for advice and experience of members here who love carving down the slopes in CO.I have 1 weekend (Sat + Sun only as we get in real late on Friday) in Denver.There are so many different ski resorts to explore - Copper, Arapahoe, Vail, Breckenridge etc etc. Given that travelling from Denver to the ski slopes takes time, which would be the best place for good snowboarding that wont hurt the wallet too much? Do you know if costco in Denver sells ski tickets?Also, has anyone been to the great sand dunes park & preserve in winter? Anything worth checking out?Thanks in advance!!
