Is this Apple-horology? Glycine is the first luxury watch brand to make an iPhone app, but this execution of the concept is perfect. For those interested in the novelty, or who cannot afford the fine timepiece, they can get the next best thing, which is this clever app for the popular iPhone. The app is available in the Apple App store (not sure about the price or if it free). The best part is that it from Glycine themselves.The application is pretty cool. You can see the front and rear of the watch with a click of the button. The specific watch is the Glycine Airman 17.?? On the rear of the watch you'll see the rotor for the automatic movement that will actually move with the watch (using the built in accelerometer in the iPhone). Functions include everything on the real watch, and a slider is used to set the other timezone (as the main time is likely synced with the phone's clock). Hamilton 910 Pocket watch (yup I got another one)
This is a 910 that I purchased a while back. Its was part of an estate piece. Lets just say that the person in charge didn't know his watches. It was in storage for almost 40 years so I had to have it serviced, but afterwards it keeps very good time. I'm not planning on selling this one though. This will be on display for me to enjoy. But I do have a 912 coming in.yet another project (a relatively inexpensive project.. i hope).

Patek Philippe cassettedeck ??
I saw a movie on TV last week and it had a cassettedeck with Patek Philippe lettering + logo. It was not just a sticker or glued on label but genuinly pressed into the metal (I had to watch twice to believe it) Do any of you guys know about this ? Sadly I can not remember the name of the movie but it was no blockbuster (made for TV I guess).

Well guy's, I went ahead with swapping the date wheel out for the black date wheel on my BEE as some of you knew.. I must say, it makes the watch look NEWER, and just way better , IMO of course.. Love it and couldn't be happier not to mention it's pretty unique nowA few pic's of it in different lighting/angles!
