- I was excited to get this watch.....but really disappointed with it. It was much too massive....the watch fell to the underside, leaving the bracelet opening exposed.

Vacheron Constantin Vacheron Constantin 47593 wrist watches news:
The Portuguese family of watches pays tribute to the remarkable seafarers of Portugal, but this particular Portuguese is a tribute to IWC’s founder, F.A. Jones. The limited edition skeleton watch is equipped with the hand-wound IWC Calibre 98910 movement, which allows precise adjustment of the escapement thanks to a long index regulator. The movement also features special decoration based on the historical Jones caliber from the company¡¯s beginning. The Portuguese F.A. Jones Squelette is available in a limited edition of 100 pieces in 18k rose gold priced at $43,000.You may click the image to view a larger version.
I was wondering, how much is the medium age of the WISes here, I started liking watches since I was 8, and now I'm crazy about them, and think that will continue until I pass away So, let's see the poll...I didn't find a post like this, so if done before, simply post the link :D
By popular request here are some pics I took of royal oaks (some in San Francisco, some back home here in Canada) - people have been asking me about the 15400I've been tempted towards another AP for some time - and maybe a royal oak might be rightBut then again maybe a ROO (see the upcoming thread)Anyway - here is a royal oak jumbo 15202 in white, a royal oak 15400 in blue, and a royal oak 15300 on charcoal (sorry due to the lighting the latter two look similar - but they are quite different in person as I recall - I did take the picks in two separate countries...I wonder which looks best :) anyone Anna weigh in?Current Collection:Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore RubbercladA Lange Sohne Lange 1 PlatinumJaeger LeCoultre AMVOX II DBSIWC Portuguese AutomaticBR 01-94 Phantom XXX/50Rolex Deep Sea Seadweller 2012Rolex Double Red Seadweller 1976Rolex Everrose Gold Daytona (black dial)Patek Philippe SS Nautilus

Howdy,I'm getting close to my first major Rolex purchase (Polar Explorer II). Since it took me a year and a half to decide which darn color to get I now have the funds to possibly purchase a second watch. One of the few instances where vacillating has truly paid off!As the title suggests I have narrowed it down to three options, each compelling in their own right and all of them destined to be future purchases. Unfortunately, since it took a very long time to decide on the Polar Explorer II, I am likely looking at the same dilemma with these three watches. My thought on the following are:Milgauss-I love the obscurity in comparison to other models and the faraday cage. The quirkiness is a huge appeal, as is the green crystal. The cons are the dial, which at times can be awesome and other times underwhelming. My daughter, who has really gotten into the whole watch experience with me, loves this watch so there is a strong temptation to get it with the idea that someday I would give i
