- This looks cool if you have a arm and wrist. As noted by others the display is dim. Also, I dont recommend using it for water sports even though it says water resistant to 100m. Mine got fogged up in the pool.

Vacheron Constantin 49140 wrist watches news:
Hey all, Seeking a bit of advice on a safe bet second hand Patek model to put some money in. I've ¡ê20-30k that i'd like to put away and feel that putting it into a Patek can't be a bad idea financially and to boot will be something I can occasionally enjoy wearing. I've not owned a Patek before and am not well versed on them at present, I've had a number of Rolexes in the past, enjoyed them and beat inflation with them too which is always nice. Would now be nice to step up a gear and buy my first Patek. Any advice as to which model is showing good value right now and is likely to appreciate? Thanks.
Can anyone please tell me the model /type of this Solid 18ct Red Gold IWC watch? It does not carry the letters IWC on the dial. Thanks in advance.
Hi guys. I've recently become more intrigued by the 41 mm ROC in steel with the white dial. Any sense of how widely available these models are (new), and what sort of discount I could expect to get from an AD? Thanks in advance for the help!
Hey everyone. I recently offloaded most of my collection mainly because I wasn't in love with a few of the watches I had. In any case, I kept 2 that I definitely love: AP ROC and the Sub LVc.So, my question is: would adding a ROO be repetitive since I already have the ROC? Does anyone have both and find one to be redundant? Also, any suggestions on a 4th watch would be great. I'm thinking of going for an IWC Port Auto 7 days. The silver face with gold hands and numbers. I've admired them for a while now. Please feel free to chime in! All suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
I absolutely in love with the Silver Snoopy limited edition. (I imagine a lot of people share that emotion.) I've tried to reserve one in may, but I was told that I'm way to late to the party... :(Now that the watch is actually out there may (hopefully) be a chance of them showing up on eBay every now or then. And it seems to be that unfortunately that might be the only option if I really wanted one... In fact there are some right now, but the asking prices are totally crazy. But setting aside the price question for the moment, would you consider buying one on eBay? Or is that playing russian roulette with a whole lot of money? What kind of precautions (if any) could one take to avoid fakes and other scams? (Especially considering that I'm located in Switzerland, so any of the watches being offered in my neighbourhood is rather slim...)
