There is often a misconception that content online is either free or up for grabs. Most of us are well skilled in the art of copying and pasting, and we take its functionality for granted. Often times taking other people's content, we seldom stop to think of the implications. Granted, this is not my personal opinion of the appropriateness of such conduct, more an attempt to enlighten those who are not aware of their actions.Whether or not it has an accompanying copyright registration with the Federal Government, all original works of authorship posted online have inherent copyright protection. This means that it belongs to the author who created or owns the content, and that others may not make use of it freely.Essentially, copyright protection means an author of a work has the exclusive right to profit and distribute the work. Mechanicals in Space Question
Good Morning:We have all read about the great accomplishments of mechanicals in space, including Omega's tremendous success both on the moon, and in earning the Snoopy award for it's great service during Apollo 13.I have not read any info on the accuracy of mechanicals in space...does anyone know what the effects of reduced gravity have on watch accuracy?Would the results in space be diiferent than on earth, and if so, faster or slower?I have always been curious about this and would love to learn more.

Coffee table Books on Patek
I am in the midst of building a nice little library of books covering those watches owned in past or present. One notable absentee is a PP Nautilus or PP Steel watches. In keeping with their watch namesakes they seem to cost a fortune and On the basis It will be an occasional read it's not worth the money.I keep looking on eBay but have drawn blanks. Has anyone out there got a book they may be looking to sell or have tips were to look.

Which of these would you suggest? My first PP and second watch.

It will continue to be my work watch.Looking into Patek to commemorate a recent promotion, and I have been looking closely at both the 5711 or the 5167.I like both a lot, and am having a hard time in deciding which to purchase.I do like my watch to stand out a little bit, it makes me feel special.The PCL's in the Rolex are something I love a lot.Gold is out of the question as I am not a fan. So, as the title asks, has Rolex got this wrong?Why haven't they responded to the price in the grey market? This is another form of natural selection (if rather tenuous). I want a room or suite at Four Seasons I pay for it.I fly first, or at the very least business, transatlantic I pay for it. I choose a PP5711, or AP 5202 I pay for it.I want a 116500, I want a 126710 I pay for it.Is Rolex undercharging? I'd happily pay the premium to have good availability at AD's. I own both the above watches, Rolex is in a different category for me, they require a fraction of the maintenance and are more accurate, for me they are number one. Who else has any thoughts.
