Hublot is launching its latest timepiece made in collaboration with its “brand ambassador,” Dwyane Wade. The Hublot Classic Fusion Dwyane Wade is the second limited-edition Hublot watch to carry the name of the NBA basketball star, and it includes an impressive storage option. Let’s take a look. The new Hublot Classic Fusion Dwyane Wade offers an elegant counterpoint to the sporty King Power ¡°D-Wade¡± launched in 2011, which incorporated a prominent red case and red dial accents. The new model features understated red and gold highlights in a 45-mm polished, black ceramic case. The Classic Fusion Dwyane Wade Offers red and gold accents in a polished black ceramic case. The dial features a prominent Dwyane Wade logo integrated into the counter at 3 o¡¯clock, and the printed Dwyane Wade signature at 6 o¡¯clock. Having read a reply in my "My First Hummer" thread, it said mine was an elegant dress watch, which it is. But it got me thinking...Most of my watches could be considered dress watches, but I wear them in almost all occasions.Granted, I usually wear either a nice uncollared shirt, a collared shirt or short-sleeved Polo shirt; Rarely wear a t-shirt. But can a watch be considered too dressy for such attire? Yes, there some obvious ones, but someone even said to me last summer that my Raymond Weil was too dressy, yet it's a simple white dial/stainless steel look.
I currently have only 1 watch with a deployment clasp, a JLC. Love the watch but super uncomfortable as it digs into my wrist leaving a painful indentation. I find a tang to be so much more comfortable. The tang on my diver is my favorite and most comfortable, more so than a Panerai tang. However, I love the look of a deployment, especially in precious metal. Having never tried on an AP deployment clasp, do those of you who have one find them comfortable? The AP deployment styling is beautiful, I just don't think it would be as comfortable as a tang. Opinions?
Hi all, has anybody any ideas why my Seamaster is changing date around 8.30pm. The watch is 10 years old but was fitted with a new movement only 12 months ago. Many thanks
A friend showed up on our annual Scotland hunting trip with a new Paneria. Up to now, I've only seen him wear Rolex. I'm intrigued. I own 4 Rolex and 2 Patek and I'm toying with the idea of adding a Paneria, but the choices are bewildering even after a lot of research.I want a date and the tritium lume and the crown protector. I have a 7 wrist so the 47mm is too big. I'm confused about in house movement vs ETA movement. I don't like the ceramic look. I have old eyes so ease of reading the time is important.Suggestions?
