- This is a lovely watch at a great price. I thought because the face was and dark, it would be hard to read, but it's actually easy to read, even in low light. The watchband is just the right length. Love this watch.

Seiko SNAF47 wrist watches news:
I know there are C.O.S.C. standards are for timekeeping; I was just wondering if Omega has some sort of standard regarding a "window of opportunity" for when the date changes on the 1120 movement. I'm sure there's quite a bit more latitude for something like that, if there even is such a consideration. My 2254 changes anywhere from 2359 hrs to 0003 hrs (11:59 pm to 12:03 am).Just curious.:)
My brother-in-law purchased a 44mm ROO in SS yesterday and I received it today for him and WOW!!! I cannot believe how much I love this watch. Originally I thought it was crazy that the watch costs $14,100 more than the diver... But after inspecting it further, I can say that the 44mm models are in a completely different league... And I can now understand why such a big price difference. The 44mm models are just wow. I would've bought the 44 too but the price was just out of my budget. Sigh...Here's a shot of the two watches.
Finally pulled the trigger and purchased my first Omega watch. I was looking at Seamaster and Aqua Terra models for a while and finally decided to purchase a Aqua Terra James Bond Spectre edition. I can't take my eyes away from the dial and seconds hand, the blue and yellow work so well together. James Bond movies have been in my life since I was a little kid watching the marathon on TV every year and this is something special I probably will not part with. Very excited to wear this beauty regularly as part of the rotation. I added pictures in different lighting situations. Sorry no outdoor shots, bad weather outside. Excuse the hairy arm, thanks Dad.
Incoming I have my very first (of many I am sure) Omega. I talked to Davidsw last week and told him what I was looking for and he has come through! I am sure I will be posting plenty of photos of my new baby once I get it. Thanks to all of you guys on here who helped me decide which speedmaster I wanted and for providing sound advice! Hope this is okay, I borrowed a pic David sent me.
I had actually put my name in for the black dial because it's so elegant and seems more dressy. But then I started thinking that I already have a couple of black dials (Daytona and Milgauss), and a quirky Z-Blue Milgauss...so when my AD ( a Rolex boutique in a regional chain jewelry store) said she thought she was getting the Sky Dweller, I told I'd prefer white. Lo and behold 5 days later it's on the wrist. I love it.Couple early wrist shots...we have a thing to go to, but I wanna take more with my good camera and lenses later. Driving over the Ravenel Bridge in Charleston, SC, and downtown for the evening. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
