Hi-I am new to this forum. Just got my first Hamilton today - Jazzmaster chrono H32646555, silver face with rose gold case. It is a great looking watch. I have two questions1) When I came home and saw the watch in full light, I noticed that the gold plating on #2 mark in the dial is very slightly eroded. What is the durability of the gold plating in these watches ? If I scratch the case, would the stainless steel underneath show ?2) The leather band adjusted to the last hole is still loose on my hand. Is there a way to tighten the band further (i.e) beyond the last hole ?Thanks in advance for your help.. I hope to enjoy this nice watch for years..

My wife is not one to indulge in luxury items, but she does appreciate fine jewellery and timepieces. Since our first child was born back in 2011 and our second one in 2014, she has never asked for anything and have always put them ahead of anything else.
