Vacheron Constantin 47450/000A-9039 wrist watches news:
Hi all....I brought out my Orbita Quattro 4 watch winder I purchased in 2000.I can't find the instructions to see how the dip switches should be set re revolutions per day (for my Rolex and Omegas!)Could I trouble someone to let me know the dip switch settings? Or perhaps copy the instructions for me?I would be most grateful! Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you!Best regards,Alan
I bought a used Oris TT1 day date and the seller says the crystal has some small scratches and could use a buffing. Tourneau is the only AD in my area and when I called them, they wouldn't even give me a rough ballpark cost to clean it up and have the crystal buffed. I know it can vary, but am I looking at $30 or $200? I only paid $520 for the watch, so I don't want to spend a ton on it. From the pics it doesnt look bad at all. Anyone got a ballpark guess for me? Thanks.
Almost¡I've loved watches since I was in junior high, and always wanted a Submariner. We made bonus at work this year, so I figured I would finally treat myself to the watch I've always wanted. The only problem was, when I went to the jeweler to try on a new Sub C No Date I was very underwhelmed compared to my Planet Ocean, the Rolex felt like a toy in comparison. I know heavy isn't always good, but the PO (and it's bracelet) just felt rock solid in comparison. I know some complain the PO is too heavy, so it's a matter of taste I guess. The deal breaker for me though was the glossy dial on the Sub C¡ It just wasn't my cup of tea, maybe it was the jewelry store lighting that accented it, I don't know. Now the Sea Dweller on the other hand was beautiful, I just couldn't justify another $3,000 for a matte dial. So, probably to my wife's relief, I left without my dream watch, and felt even better about my PO. I've had the watch for over 5 years now and wear it 24/7. It's beat up, s
I want to get a steel aquanaut as my summer watch, we live by the coast so down on the beach and out on the boat every nice day the English weather system gives us.I went to try a 5164A today and loved it. But it's just a little pricey for my expected usage and I don't need the dual time as it will be for day trips only. So I thought a 5167A would be perfect. My concern is that losing the buttons on the left and the thinner case will really make the watch lose its presence as it might wear much smaller.Has anyone compared these two side to side to tell how they wear? Does the 5167A wear much smaller on the wrist?
Will you buy 5275P if you get offer from your AD? Please give me some suggestion.Thank you.Pictures from Internet:5275P_001.png5275P_001 (1).png5275P_001 (2).pngPatek_5275P_FB_560.jpg
