Jaeger LeCoultre Q183T770 wrist watches news:
At last year’s Concours D’Elegance in Pebble Beach, Jaguar announced plans to build six lightweight E-type coupes, exactly as they would have been produced in 1963. The original "Special GT E-type" project called for 18 cars to be built, though just 12 were actually finished. Now, more than 50 years later, the remaining cars will be hand-made and delivered bearing the six dormant serial numbers. To honor the event, Jaguar teamed up with Bremont to offer a watch to the buyers of these cars, each signed with the individual serial and engine numbers on the dial. And this year at Basel, Bremont announced plans to introduce two watches into regular production, dubbed the MKI and MKII, each based on the limited series and inspired by the car itself. 1 OF 4 Both the MKI and MKII will substitute the white gold and aluminum of the limited edition watch for polished steel, and while you won’t get a serial number printed on the dial, you will get the same
OK Rolex fans.We have a great bunch of Rolex fans here. Knowledgeable, friendly, and with a ton of Rolex knowledge. However, we always do better when it comes to discussions, especially value-add discussions that get a lot of member participation & adds educational value to newbies and oldies alike. So, I'm opening the door to spit-balling what you'd all like to see. What kind of topics, discussions, insight, etc would you like to see? What kind of discussions would get your interest & spark participation? Let's talk about it. Reply with thoughts on what would be good to see. We're not looking to build a library where it's a one way street of information. We want to have topics to really bring everyone into the talk, get new information, have fun & get as much info on Rolex as we can...A couple thoughts to keep in mind. While we all would like discounts, company participation on the boards, free Rolex prizes, etc. that's just not realistic - at least for every day / we

Think I'll start the weekend off w/ a 'wink and a smile'....
Not long ago I had a revalation that I only liked digital. After doing some selling I only have one watch right now, my vintage Swiss Made Helbros Alarm. I am awaiting an incoming Zodiac Automatic from falcon4311, but in the meantime I decided to wear the vintage.I bought this watch in January for $275 and sent it for overhaul to a Watchmaker who specialized in vintage swiss. It ran me $320, but the watch required balance wheel be repaired. Its nothing special, relatively small at 35mm wide, but does have incabloc is anti-magnetic and was waterfroof at the time. The watch keeps such perfect time I can't believe it. But the reason I have fallen in love again is the special sound the movement makes. I had forgotten, but have been holding her to my ear again before going to bed and I remember! The balance wheels hairspring makes a very pronounced springa-springa sound that is just sweet. Listening closer I can hear the escapement ticka`ticka too. Its the sweetest thing and I am in love a
