Has anyone seen the new holiday catalog for a multiple location watch retailer (wasn't sure if I could use their name here)? They are showing the (new) vintage portifino in steel with a blue and yellow lunar instead of silver and black. Has the steel version changed? Also, has anyone heard if this model will be made with a white face in a steel or rose gold case? Thanks and regards,Scott
I recently purchased a sizeable lot of vintage, NOS mineral/glass crystals. I'm currently looking at some decent vintage NOS lots of plastic crystals. My question is, how much would it affect the value of a watch if it has a glass crystal versus a plastic crystal, and would it deter you from buying a watch if it had a glass crystal instead of plastic? Just looking for others thoughts on the matter. I'll reserve sharing my thoughts until later. :-) Sent from my Xoom using Tapatalk
Hi all. I don't have a PAM but saw one on a gentleman and it looked incredible on the wrist. It was a basic PAM 0000. He gave me their catalogue. I'm going back this week. Which models hold their value the best? I plan to buy off TRF. Lots of questions. Just chime in where you feel like it. Thanks. Russell.
