- This is a very handsome watch. I love the old-fashioned style. A great watch for the price. I have read many crisiticisms about the difficulty of trying to use the watchband, but I had no blem figuring it out.

This watch was first introduced in 1961 with the Hamilton 690 movement. It is estimated that there were only 1,300 produced. It was considered a grail watch as it was available for only one year.Descriptive material: The Watch of the Future, R. Rondeau, 4th ed., p. 214.
Hello Guys...I went to look at this AP Dual Time today... beautiful watch! However, the AD told me that they stopped making this watch now and its the last one they have in the shop!Anyone confirm this? Also I called to check about a 1.5 link and the Service Center was not helpful at all. They told me that I had to send the watch into there service centre via the AD and then they will check out the watch and then let me know if a 1.5 link is available for this watch! Sound a bit much just for a simple link no?

Hello everyone here at TRF! I had a Rolex water resistance question I wanted to get your thoughts on.I have always been believed that models with the Triplock crown system were water resistant to a minimum of 300m (i.e. submariner, SeaDweller, etc). Conversely, those with a Twinlock come with 100m water resistance (DateJust, Oyster, Milgauss, etc)Assuming that is true (and that may be an erroneous assumption on my part), why does the Yacht-Master....which has a TripLock crown come with only 100m of water resistance?Anyway, just curious. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
