- I received this as a present for Christmas. I'm in love with the watch. It is feminine and elegant looking. The crystals (v. diamonds) also make it possible for everyday wear and affordable. I've always worn watches, and they still last the longest... my last watch just got tossed after 8 years (scratched up only after the last year).

Ebel 9125250-16567 wrist watches news:
The Vulcain Aviator Cricket alarm watch is a variant?of last year's Vulcain Aviator Instrument that boasted a chronograph?but lacked the alarm function. It's a pretty significant feature?for most watches, but for Vulcain, the alarm complication is more than just an additional function: it is the foundation of the brand's longevity.Vulcain was founded way back in 1858 and has been in continuous production ever since. The brand is recognized for having created the alarm function for wristwatches, which earned them favor with former United States president Harry S. Truman, who wore one of their watches and helped inspire the brand's reputation as "the watch for presidents" ¨C one of the few other brands who pursue that reputation is none other?than Rolex. The Vulcain Aviator Cricket case, which measures 42mm across and 14mm tall, is crafted from polished 316L Stainless Steel. It is a very manageable size for an aviation watch, a feat most likely?achieved by the omission of a self-winding me
Being a brand new owner of this exact watch, I can say this this is a giveaway worth entering. Magrette is New Zealand's only watch maker and certainly does the nation proud. I will be presenting a full review of the Magrette Kupe's Voyage watch, but until then you can enter to win one yourself. Founder Dion McAsey is what I call a "master of presentation." He knows how to give you a special warm feeling when you not only see the watch, but in how you experience the theme and story of the timepiece, as well as the actual presentation box and packaging. The giveaway is for the very last of the 10 limited edition watches. The Kupe's Voyage watch is part of a limited edition of just 10 watches - this is ultra exclusive, and you can be the proud owner just by entering. The watch is based on the base Magrette Regattare watch, but with the beautiful engraved bezel. What I love about Magrette watches is their use of Auckland area craftspeople to give the watch a special character not found in
Rik,I have a Ball Engineer Hydrocrbon Trieste, which, until recently has performed within COSC guidelines even though it is not a chronometer. For the lst week or so, it has been stopping even though I am careful to make sure it stays fully wound at least daily. On two occasions, it has stopped while on my wrist in bed. Two other times it has stopped while on the Orbita winder AboutTime sent me at the time I purchased the watch. If I wind the watch with the crown, it feels like the spring is "binding-up". The clutch does not release smoothly when it is fully wound. If I continue to turn the crown after I feel resistance and the movement seems to spin, turning the crown backward while spinning. Is this the "wobble" I have read about with the Eta 7750 movement? Is this a matter of the spring needing to be cleaned and re-lubricated? If so, it seems like a trip back to Ball USA's warranty department is in order. I don't want to pay for a service at a local watchmaker for an issue
2012 definately seems the year Omega will be implementing their No discount policy by taking away Omega watches from established AD's in favour of the Omega run Boutiques, which, as we know give no discounts. Within 100yds of a recently refurbished MINI Omega Boutique (section dedicated to Omega only watches but in the same premises that other brands are being sold) 2 massive AD's Goldsmiths and Frazer Hart have lost their Omega AD status in weeks of each other, leaving only the mini boutique to sell Omega watches locally. Needless to say the AD's are selling their stocks at really good prices to clear windows/stocks within a month or so, (I will be purchasing 2) which is all notice Omega gave them.......What away to treat loyal dealers who sold your goods for 16 years. Omega you should be a shamed.
Another early start. Have a good one all!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
